We are in a quirky market!
Some homes are selling quickly while others seem to lag. If your home is one of those that have not sold, here are three key step to take immediately:
1. Have your realtor update your Current Market Analysis. Have pricing structures changed since you hit the market?
2. Revisit feedback from previous showings. What stands out as the property's weakest link? It’s strongest attribute? Can the weak spots be minimized and the strengths further emphasized?
3. View competing listings. While understanding sale prices is far more representative of current market value than comparing asking prices, it can be useful to see your direct competition through the eyes of potential buyers.
And remember, if you find yourself in a tight space, like I was while visiting Postojna, Slovenia earlier this summer 🤨, there are always strategies that we can take together to navigate the market maze & get your property sold.
